Shipping Policy – DXB Perfumes UAE

UAE Delivery via Local Couriers

We deliver across the UAE using trusted courier partners such as Aramex, DHL, and Emirates Post.

Delivery Costs

  • AED 0 – AED 199.99: AED 15

  • Above AED 200: FREE Delivery

  • Express Delivery (Same Day Dubai & Sharjah): AED 29
    (Subject to availability and cutoff time)

Delivery Information

All standard and free shipping orders are dispatched same day or next working day.
Express delivery orders placed before 2 PM will be dispatched on the same working day.

During busy periods, holiday seasons, or major sales, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We always work to ship your orders as quickly as possible.

In rare cases where a courier delay occurs (weather, customs checks, routing issues), delivery times may extend beyond the published timeframe. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf until the issue is resolved.

Undelivered or Lost Parcels

  • We cannot resend items while a parcel is still in transit.

  • Undelivered parcels must be returned to us before we can refund or resend.

  • Lost shipments are investigated with our courier partners.
    Refunds or replacements are issued once the case is closed, usually within:

  • 7–10 working days within UAE

  • 15–20 working days for GCC & international shipments

International Delivery (GCC & Worldwide)

GCC Countries (KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
We ship via Aramex, DHL, or FedEx depending on the fastest available route.

Worldwide Shipping

Costs and availability are shown at checkout and may vary based on country and courier service.

Customs & Import Duties

Some international orders may be subject to customs duty, VAT, or import fees charged by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are:

  • Not applied by DXB Perfumes

  • Not included in your shipping fee

  • The customer’s responsibility

Please check local customs regulations for accurate information.

Air Shipping Limitations

Due to aviation regulations for perfumes and flammable liquids, some countries do not allow perfume shipments via airmail.
If your country cannot receive perfumes by air or land, we regret that we cannot fulfil the order.

Address & Security Verification

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Once the order is confirmed, we cannot redirect or modify the address.

For security reasons:

  • Orders may require verification before dispatch.

  • During sales or heavy traffic, verification can take up to 48–72 hours.

We always ensure your information is kept strictly confidential.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund.
To request cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order number.

If your order has already been dispatched:

  • You may return it within 14 days

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Opened perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene and authenticity reasons

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was delivered damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Why am I being asked for additional information?

To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent orders, we sometimes require additional verification. Your information remains strictly confidential and is securely deleted once your order is processed.

Can I change my delivery address?

You may enter a different delivery address at checkout.
However, for security reasons, we may request proof of address or ship only to the billing address in certain cases.

Once your order is dispatched, the address cannot be changed.

What happens if I’m not available at delivery?

Our courier will attempt delivery and may:

  • Contact you

  • Leave the parcel with a neighbour

  • Redirect to the nearest courier branch

If the parcel returns to us due to non-collection or failed delivery attempts, refunds are processed excluding original shipping charges. Re-delivery charges will apply if you want the item resent.
